Thornhill
Cruisers (
Aug. 7, 2006 )
The HotRodding.ca
team heading down to the Monday night cruise
in Thornhill Ontario. Our trip down took about
one hour from Orangeville. Since it was a holiday
and the weather was beautiful, we knew it would
be worth it. We got to the parking lot early
and there were already a good number of cars.
After registration we had some hamburgers that
were being cooked up on site. We then walked
around and watched the cars that just kept
coming in, by 7:30pm the lot was full and some
cars started to park on the grass. The winner
of the 50/50 took home over $500. It was a
well organized and put together cruise...
as always!
The Thornhill
Cruisers make it a point that nobody should
need to pay in
order to take part in the cruise night. They
accredit this to the support they receive from
their community and sponsors. Along with all
the great vehicles there are door prizes for
entrants, 50/50 draw and voting for the "People's
Choice" car of the week.
We enjoyed the evening and
are sure that you would too. For more information
