Wheelfest ( June. 27-28, 2008 )

The first annual Wheelfest in Newmarket Ontario was a two part event.

They had a cruise in on Friday night. The cruise went from the Ray Twinney Complex to the downtown core where we listened to a live band playing 50’s & 60’s music.

Saturday was a Show and Shine from 10-4. It started out a little slow (mother nature?). There were only about 40 cars until about noon. Once the weather stabilized and the roads dried cars began to come in. I’m guessing there were about 150 cars? There were vendor displays set up, music, swap meet, food, participant give-aways and sponsors awards at 3:00pm.
